Return & Refund Policy

At Paurnami Chitran Calligraphy (formerly Art with Pam), we take pride in crafting personalized calligraphy, engraving, and handmade creations with utmost care and precision. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policies in place:

1. Returns & Exchanges

Since each piece is customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a defect in craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, work may have already started, and cancellations may not be possible.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a damaged or defective item, please email hello@pccalligraphy.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

  • Unboxing video (if available)

Once we verify the issue, we will either offer a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom calligraphy and engraving orders

  • Digital downloads and e-products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

5. Shipping Costs

Refunds do not include shipping costs. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back in its original condition and packaging.
